We are located 4-5 minutes south of Oxford Valley Mall on Rt. l in Bucks County, Pa. The office is in Levittown, Pa. It's cozy and user friendly, an addition to my house.

Traveling South on Rt. 95:

Take Exit 44- "Levittown & Penndel", which is about 5 or 6 minutes south of the Newtown exit. Left off the exit ramp to the second light, turn right onto Rt. 413 S. At the light at the Coastal Gas Station turn left onto Trenton Rd. Take second right and travel around Forsythia Drive. Pass Samuel Everett School and then count street signs on the right only. The fifth sign is Red Berry Rd. Turn right, last house on the street on the right side is #9. Office door is on left.

Traveling North on Rt. 95:

Take exit #40. Be prepared, as the exit numbers jump suddenly from exit 37 to 40. At the end of the exit ramp is a light. Turn left at that light and travel North on Rt. 413. There is a turning lane at the 5th light at Frosty Hollow Rd. Turn right and go to the dead end. Turn left onto Oxford Valley Rd. for 1 block, and turn left again at the next left, onto Red Rose Way. First right onto Red Berry Rd. The first house on the left is #9.

Traveling North on Roosevelt Blvd. into Business Route 1:

Only 6-7 minutes north of Neshaminy Mall and the Turnpike Exit "Route 1" is a fork in the road that veers off towards the right marked "exit Penndel". Go 4 lights, turn right onto Rt. 413 S. Follow top paragraph.

Traveling South on Business Rt. 1:

As you approach Oxford Valley Mall on your right you will see PEP Boys on the right. There is a left turning lane at this light. Take this left onto Oxford Valley Rd. until it dead ends, turn right and then quickly left, through a little forest, through a light at the Italian People’s Bakery. Third entrance on the right turn into Red Rose Gate. First left is Red Berry Rd. Last house on the right is #9.

North on Rt. 95. About 35-45 minutes. See above.
